After further examination and study by friends with Henrys we have come to the conclusion that the Carrier (part 08/09) and or the Carrier feed lever (part 11) are causing the problem. The only way we can get it to feed reliably is to rapidly / forcefully operate the lever, and I mean if there is the slightest hitch in actuating the lever, the round mis-feeds.
